The dinner was hosted by the Ambassador of France to India – HE Mr. Alexanadre Zeigler and the chief guest was Mr. Laurent Fabius, Former prime minister and the chief of L’Assemblée Nationale.
The dinner consisted of delicacies produced by Chef Alain Passard – a 3-Star Michelin Chef from France, who prepared Mousseline de Carrottes à l’Orange, Caviar d’aubergine etc.
Manjeet Singh Gill, of ITC Hotels another chef of equivalent stature also participated in the event with his team who prepared Porridge de Millet, sauces côtes du Jura, moutarde végétale. The entire evening carried a congenial atmosphere with French music and movies running along. The best of wines, champagnes and liqueurs were served.
The dessert consisted of Bouquet de Roses in caramel sauce and Jerusalem artichoke macaroon in Dark Chocolate.
